Gaming Daily: Issue 7

I’ve finally played a bunch of Super Smash Bros. after several days where I didn’t allow myself to play due to school and other things – mostly due to school.

Today was the day where I actually tried to be less on Facebook, mails and forums as I’ve been really bad at it both at school and at home – way too much time used on clicking around and just check for new things, really unneeded. And it went allright. I managed to actually have a quite productive day.

Today we worked on our videos – yesterday I managed to assemble that dresser and take pictures along, and I think the finished product is great, if I retract the fact that the cam is being moved a few times. I also found a bunch of fun sound effects and fitting music. All I need to do now is make some effects in Premiere that will make the dresser come alive and scare whoever watches it – and make it fade out ending the video with “coming soon to theaters near you” probably with some blood running down the screen. While it won’t be perfect and far from professional, for a first time-use in Premiere, the result will be decent.

My productiveness stayed with me almost all day – I’ve written about half of the review for Super Smash Bros. after playing it, so I am quite content with todays work. I still need to cover the two new Assassin’s Creed games for GamersLounge, and CoD: AW and LittleBigPlanet 3 for Gamin’ Girl. I need to cover GTA V too, but I’ll just cover what’s new for the game since it is a re-release with enhancements. I need to publish Cherry’s review of Alien: Isolation tomorrow as well. So much to do! I am crossing fingers I can pull this off before christmas, but it is cutting it close. Shopping happening on saturday.

I’m off for tonight, I hope I can manage to catch up on my sleep, as I’ve as usual, slept way too little over the weekdays – apart from yesterday where I stayed home to assemble and film my trailer, slept in until about 10. So.frikkin.nice.

One last thing: I am trying to win a Playstation 4 Anniversary Edition, and I need for people to vote/like my comment – Gamestop Denmark asked which PS character is our favourite, and since everyone posted Crash Bandicoot and Spyro, I decided to do things different and added Jun from Tekken. You can find it here on Facebook if you want to support me. Right now I have 46 votes, while the top one has 313, so I am quite behind. This last part will be copied and pasted in the blogposts until the 18th.

Daily Gaming is a daily blog posted sometime throughout the day, covering what’s been happening since the last blog post. My quest is to make a blogpost everyday for a year (365 posts) that will focus on the games I play but sometimes include movies I’ve seen or what have happened around me in my daily life.
