Daily Gaming: Issue 5
Not much happened today. I got to play a couple of hours Smash Bros., and the game is quite deep for a fighting game. There’s just so much to do in the game. As with the 3DS version, it is not just about starting a fight and beat opponents (AI or other human beings) – the game includes stadium, challenges and events as well as the games collectibles, the trophies which put you on a quest with certain characters in certain modes. Really helpful to make you keep playing, especially if you aren’t into the multiplayer or competitive scene.
While I am able to beat the AI so far on a low setting, I still aren’t very sure what each button does, so I still need to try the game a lot more (and read up on tips and tricks) before I feel comfortable. I’ve looked for a training mode, and I am sure it’s there somewhere, but haven’t been able to find it so far.
New project in school with video and video editing started this monday. The other day I bought a few dressers in IKEA, those needs to be assembled. Luckily I can combine these two, so I’ll be at home tomorrow, filming and assembling, then hope for the best the rest of the week to be able to make a good video. It’s gonna be a stop-motion video as the live-cam in my great Canon camera sucks in bad lighting. I’ll post the video when it’s done in a later blog post. More to come!
