The old and widely known Rollercoaster Tycoon is finally back after 11 years.

Chris Saywer who was behind the first back in 1999 still owns the franchise. It is unknown how much he has something to do with the new game, going by the name Rollercoaster Tycoon World.

The developers has been pushing the release date and updated their Unity engine from 4.6 to 5.1 after the trailer from the beginning of the year recieved mixed feedback.

From the looks of it, RT World will follow the known formula with making business by building common amusement rides and designing roller coasters. Game will offer first person perspective while riding what you’ve build and Steam Workshop to try out other players designs.

Game is set to launch December 10.

Here’s a Behind the Scenes video, dated from September 18.
