The Best of E3
I’ts been a while, almost a lifetime when it comes to the games industry, but I’ve been really busy – final exams and then a big party (the first one I’ve held for over 20 people and not asking them to bring anything) and everything went well. I’m still sore from last weeks effort to bring everything together for that party. I’m truly sorry for everyone that have peaked in and hoped we posted something new and leaving disappointed. I have a bit more time on my hands for a couple months now, and I’ll do my best to keep you entertained.
I asked my writers which game they look most forward to that was presented on E3, and a got some great answers from them. Read on to see what games have them excited. To read my opinion, read here.

I quite liked the Watch_Dogs announcement as I really enjoy the idea of being able to manipulate the technological environment around me to get to the objective. I do think this is a rather unique concept in a game so I’m hoping it will live up to what we’ve seen. Also, I can’t believe they managed to keep this a secret for so long!

In a year of slim pickings the most exciting announcement for me was LocoCycle by Twisted Pixel. Whilst we only saw a teaser it looks like the usual Twisted Pixel combo of hilarity and inventiveness. Based on their back catalogue, this is definitely one to watch.

If I had to pick one (which, might I add, is REALLY hard) it would have to be Halo 4! I wasn’t too sure about it at first because I thought that Halo 3 should have been the end. After seeing the demo playthrough and the videos, I am completely convinced that this is going to be a great addition to the Halo Universe and I can’t wait to get it in November! It can’t come quick enough if you ask me! Haha!
